WAZABI – Terms of Use

Welcome to WAZABI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our online shop, including any purchases you make on the site. By placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms.

1. About WAZABI
WAZABI is a Denmark-based small personal business (“PMV”) operating under Danish tax law.
WAZABI operates as a ‘PMV’ (small personal business) under Danish law and is not VAT registered.
Therefore, no VAT is charged on purchases made in this shop, in accordance with the Danish VAT exemption rules for small businesses.
All prices shown in the shop are final prices.
2. Products
We sell apparel and related merchandise.
Product photos aim to represent the items accurately, but small variations in color, print, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or production batches.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we received it.
Your order is only considered accepted once it has been packed and prepared for shipment.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, mobile payments, etc.).
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to:
- Denmark
Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
No tracking number is provided (e.g., untracked parcel), we will still confirm shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is unworn
- The product is unwashed
- The product is in resaleable condition
- All original tags (if any) are attached
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
WAZABI is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier
- Misuse or improper handling of the products
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Danish consumer protection laws.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, email, etc.).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for essential service providers.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will apply to future orders and will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
