WAZABI – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at WAZABI.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so here is our clear and simple return & refund policy.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original, resaleable condition
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- With all original tags or packaging (if any)
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded.
3. Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items with signs of washing
- Custom or made-to-order products
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
- We sent the wrong item
In these cases, we will cover the cost
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times:
- WAZABI: typically 1–3 business days
- Payment provider (Shopify Payments / card issuer): 3–10 business days
Shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product + packaging
We will replace the item or offer a refund.
8. Lost Packages
WAZABI is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier after the shipment has been handed over at the postal service.
